Queue a batch job to generate PDFs for an entire source dataset or a filtered selection. Choose between downloading all output as a single ZIP archive or sending individual PDFs directly to recipients by email. Jobs run asynchronously in the background with configurable retry and chunk settings, and per-record results are tracked throughout.

Per-item export and merge import in Pro

Export a single source, form, or template as a self-contained JSON bundle that includes all related records, logs, and background assets. When importing, choose between replace mode (full overwrite) or merge mode (add alongside existing data), so migration and backup workflows stay precise without touching unrelated configurations.
