01
Activate Free and add a source
Connect a Google Sheet, published CSV link, sheet ID, or uploaded CSV file. This is ideal for result sheets, marks data, certificate lists, and institutional record exports.
🔄
02
Validate and sync
Check headers first, then sync so the plugin imports records into local tables and can start tracking notices, snapshots, and drift conditions. After configuration, future updates mostly come from the sheet itself.
📄
03
Create a form
Choose labels, connect the right source, enable captcha if needed, and decide whether a default or custom result layout is best for student results, result cards, or other record types. You can also choose a search layout preset for the field and button combination.
🎓
04
Attach a certificate template
If you need printable or emailable output, connect the form to a result card or certificate template that maps fields onto the final document layout, then activate Pro for packaged PDF and email delivery, bundled Google fonts, and final preview checks before release.
📰
05
Publish with shortcode or Elementor
Place the verification form on any page or post with a shortcode, or insert the saved form through the Elementor widget and adjust label, placeholder, button text, search layout, and captcha presentation per page.

06
Monitor and maintain
Review logs, source notices, snapshots, previewed templates, and import/export tools as the data source evolves over time.
